Delegating Effectively

This course is an interactive workshop, which emphasizes the importance and benefits of delegating effectively. If you never delegate, you will never have time to do your own job. Delegating effectively is an excellent method of training team members to fill increasingly important roles within your organization. Participants will learn to:

· Understand the importance of delegation, as well as the problems of the lack of.

· Communicate the need and why of every delegated task.

· Use delegation as a powerful motivation tool.

· Specify a team member’s responsibility for a delegated task and establish their authority for the task.

· Monitor progress through feedback and review.
